How do I transfer securities between my accounts?
Scotia iTRADE clients can request a transfer of securities between Scotia iTRADE accounts online, over the phone, or by mailing or dropping off a letter. Journals are completed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
To request a securities transfer online, sign in to online banking and:
- Select the Transfers tab
- Select Transfer securities
- Select a From and To account
- Enter the Quantity to Transfer next to the security
